In the role of the Senior Customer Care Specialist you will play a key part in meeting not only the needs of the company but also the needs of our customers. Utilization of interpersonal and soft skills is a necessity in this position with not only handling customer escalations, but also providing guidance to the employees within the call center environment.
1. Support supervision with making the call center prospers.
2. Provide efficient and courteous customer relations.
3. Has contact with residential and non-residential customers through all communications media.
4. Handles customer inquiries and service, providing information related to but not limited to; Billing, processing payments, Collections, field orders, Marketing and Company policy questions, etc.
5. Performs in depth account analysis.
6. Will work on special projects, develop and conduct training and provide informal coaching of employees.
7. When appropriate, promotes additional products and services to customers.
8. As required performs other related work.
