Job Description

We currently have an opening in our Residential Division for a professional HVAC Service Technician who is looking for a long-term career opportunity. This candidate is one who takes pride in their work, takes initiative on the job and enjoys what they do.


Job Summary:

Perform preventive maintenance and service on residential heating and cooling systems including IAQ and accessories. 

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on defective components.
  • Provide equipment  and controls startup and commissioning as required
  • Survey and analyze existing equipment for replacement or retrofit.
  • Replace and install HVAC equipment as required.
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Work as a team; mentoring and exhibiting leadership skills.



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on HVAC equipment.
  • MD Journeyman or Master HVACR license
  • EPA Certified.
  • High school diploma/GED; Trade school preferred.
  • Maryland State driver’s license with clean record.
