The General Manager has full P&L responsibility for the Plumbing and Sewer divisions. Provide strong leadership across all branches and divisions through the senior management staff, builds business and strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives, and create a customer centric and solutions-oriented culture. The General Manager has an opportunity to lead all elements of the business and provides strategic direction across the company to achieve targeted short-term and long-term business objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Full P&L accountability for the Plumbing and Sewer Divisions.
Develop and communicate a business plan tied directly to the 3-year company strategic plan and key business initiatives.
Motivate and fully mobilize the organization to achieve the set business plan.
Responsible for driving growth in OI as well as Revenues in accordance with 3 year strategic plan.
Increase revenue level and gross profit goals through team engagement, training, operational excellence, metrics tracking, productivity performance, service system excellence, and strong employee recruitment and retention.
Play a leadership role with the Executive Team to develop a winning organization and culture through career pathing, development plans, and appropriate training and skill enhancement.
Recruit, retain and develop talent to successfully and consistently drive high levels of performance to meet revenue and profitability targets supporting the company’s well established KPI and performance driven business model.
Drive the organization to consistently deliver on the Len The Plumber brand promise and an excellent customer service experience at every touch point in the service delivery cycle.
Gather necessary information to provide final resolution and support for both internal issues and external customer needs that have escalated to the senior-most levels.
Participate in the full development of an onboarding and ongoing training program to include senior leadership and business management skill enhancement.
Develop steady and ongoing communication meeting rhythms with all direct reports and branch personnel to ensure business objectives are properly communicated and understood while utilizing these forums to build a culture of teamwork, results orientation, integrity, evolution of skills, and leadership across the business.
Motivate and inspire the creation of incentives, promotions, contests, awards, recognition, and other important performance-driven programs to celebrate wins while driving the message of a high-performing environment with high levels of visibility and recognition.
Drive Executive Leadership meetings and operational reviews to report on business performance, progress towards key initiatives, challenges to be addressed, resource/investment needs required, and overall business leadership and oversight.
NOTE: Re-Location may be available for the right candidate! This position works out of our Baltimore Corporate office, with regular travel to all Branch Locations in the Mid-Atlantic

Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in business leadership driving P&L accountability, establishing a performance culture, understanding all cross-functional requirements including finance, operations, human resources, marketing, supply and chain, while working to ensure employee development and advancement.
