We are currently searching for a highly-talented Customer Service Representative in our downtown Baltimore headquarters - to provide exceptional service to customers throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metro area.

Customer Service Representative:
The Service Representative will uphold the company mission to provide a world class customer experience and best in class customer satisfaction within the Customer Care Department. The Customer Service Representative turns customer service inquiries into sales opportunities. The CSR provides customer service support to both our customers and to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely and efficient manner. The Customer Service Representative will act as the customer advocate to ensure that our brand promise is delivered with every customer interaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound phone calls for service requests, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer information by utilizing our software and customer information systems
Strive to achieve sales goals; Probe for additional sales opportunities (cross-sell); Remind previous clients of recommendations made by technicians and assess current needs; Perform clerical and administrative support to ensure clear communication; Assist with inbound customer service inquiries as needed and maximize sales opportunities.
-MUST have customer service and some selling experience
-Ability to type 35 wpm with accuracy
-High School Diploma or GED
-Clear, professional, friendly speaking voice
-Attention to detail and organized
-Flexible scheduling availability
-Excellent Attendance and Punctuality will be REQUIRED
