Great opportunity for a Mid-career level Administrator!   We are searching for a talented, highly organized and resourceful Service Administrator to provide office management, administrative, operational, clerical, and customer service support to our  MOCO Team of Service Technicians.  This is a Full Time Hourly position: Monday – Friday   Day Shift.  Must have exceptional Customer Service skills - In-Bound and Out-Bound calling for customer support and follow up.

Main areas of focus:

Office Admin - Must have great organizational skills

Cash Handling - Banking - Work Order Reconciliation

Customer resolution - assists our Service Managers in handling customer questions and concerns

Social Media outreach - encouraging our customers to write reviews on GOOGLE and other platforms

Report creation - Strong EXCEL skills

 

Must have own vehicle 

 

Required Experience & Position Details

This Service Administrator position will work closely with the Divisional Manager, Service Managers and Dispatchers on our dynamic MOCO Service Team.  You will need to be a CSR, good multi-tasker, as duties will vary throughout each day and week.  There will be some regular / routine duties like preparing sales / performance reports for each team, scheduling permits and inspections, assisting the team with job reconciliations, and assisting with special projects on a regular basis. 

Duties & Requirements will also include but not be limited to the following:

  • Must have Advanced computer skills – MS Office / EXCEL
  • Experience with other Software programs ( Inventory, Scheduling etc) preferred
  • Schedule contracts for technicians for future dates
  • Pull permits from multiple counties for work
  • Track time sheets, locations and schedules
  • Verify Technician schedules
  • Support Technicians in the field by supplying customer information
  • Issue Purchase Orders for technicians and dispatch as needed
  • Dispatching/Support Dispatch and audit service tickets
  • Provide KPI’s (Performance Data) to managers and divisional managers
  • Schedule regular fleet maintenance
  • Uniform and other supply orders and issuances
  • I-Pad Tablet/phone issuances for new technician starts
  • Payroll oversight and corrections
  • Organize meetings/communications for technicians
  • Initial contact for customer resolution matters
  • Provide administrative support for the Divisional Manager
  • Trained to be a back-up dispatcher - solid computer skills and great communication
  • Articulate and professional, patient and positive attitude
  • Will also support the major projects associated with the Sewer & Excavation Team by creating KPI reports, tracking customer leads, and follow-ups

Other Qualifications

Qualified applicants will possess at least five (5) years of strong administrative support experience in a customer-focused environment.  Service industry a plus!
