Position Description:
Candidate will support the Baltimore office and WMATA in developing the construction packages for bidding, proposal evaluation and award recommendations for transit facilities. Candidate will manage the project team and program performance to obtain quality product and maintain complex budgets and schedules. Individual will be responsible for coordinating the work with contractors, lead weekly construction progress meetings, design coordination meetings and other type of construction meetings. Individual will provide technical analysis, cost analysis support and review of change orders submitted by the contractor. Other duties required include performance of constructability and value engineering reviews, construction estimating and schedule reviews.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have 15 -20 years of experience, providing owner’s representative construction management. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering. A PE license, PMP and/or CCM is preferred. Candidate must possess excellent oral and interpersonal skills, pass a government background check and ability to work in confined spaces.
